The Friends of the JTPL is the volunteer support group for the Jeffersonville Township Public Library. The Friends of the Library is a non-profit organization under section 501 (c)(3). Contributions made directly to the Friends are tax deductible and are used to provide discretionary grants to the Library. Tax deductible contributions may be made directly to the Jeffersonville Township Public Library.

Membership and book sales have enabled the Friends of the Library to financially assist the library to annually:

• Provide the Summer Reading Program to children and adults

• Provide over a dozen digital magazine titles in Flipster

• Provide support to the library staff

• Donate $1,000 in the name of the Friends of the JTPL to the JTPL Foundation

• And More!

Support the Friends!

You can become a Friend of the library by getting a Friends Membership. Plus, we have a Bookstore every month, where all proceeds go to support the library. If you shop at Kroger, you can sign up for Kroger Community Rewards, and a portion of your spending at Kroger will go to the Friends when you use your Kroger Plus Card or Alt ID.
